My name is Denis C. Pleșa and I’m a Romanian Classical Philologist who lives close to Barcelona. I studied at UB (Universitat de Barcelona) and I’m about to start a Master Degree in Education so I can be a teacher.
I love books and everything about them (I wouldn’t be a philologist if I wouldn’t like them). One of my strangest hobbies includes learning new languages. I am fluent in Romanian, Catalan, Spanish, English, struggling a bit with German, and of course Latin and Ancient Greek. Italian and French are next on the list. Photography is also on my hobbies list, even if lately I had to put it aside.
In the future, I’d like to dedicate to research Greek religion and mythology (My bachelor thesis subject was Artemis Ephesia: The cult of Artemis in the context of Ephesus city).
